Hi,
Ummm I just wanted to say how AMAZING you are.
Pho is one of my most favorite foods, so a whole blog on it is just heaven to me.
Just looking at the photos is making me want to go for pho!

I saw your review on Pho Bac (I live in Montreal) and I was somewhat disappointed, though. You must have visited them on a bad day, because their veggies are usually top notch and their beef is super tender (always).

But I’m getting sidetracked here.

Thanks so much for the comment Shae! Yea, it could’ve been an off day! Which happens a lot…and I only got to go there once That and I had it in 35 degree weather Maybe next time I’m in Montreal again we can go back to pho bac together!
